Celebrating 15 Years of GWS!

Our founder, Bettina Danganbarr, has beautifully captured our journey in this special edition T-shirt.

From humble beginnings as a cocoon, Galiwin’ku Women’s Space has blossomed into a butterfly over the past 15 years supporting women, children, and families across Arnhem Land. Through our programs, advocacy, and direct support, we have worked tirelessly to prevent and respond to domestic, family, and sexual violence (DFSV) providing safe spaces, essential resources, counselling, and community education. Our journey is a story of resilience, growth, and the power of community coming together to ensure everyone can live safely and with dignity.

By wearing this T-shirt, you’re not just celebrating our milestone you’re helping us continue our vital programs, because all proceeds go back into community support.

  • Our Celebrating 15 Years of GWS T-shirt is made from a comfortable blend of 65% polyester and 35% cotton on the inside, providing a soft feel against the skin while maintaining durability and shape. To keep your T-shirt looking its best, we recommend machine washing it inside out in cold water, using a gentle cycle, and tumble drying on low or air drying. Avoid using bleach or harsh detergents, and iron on low heat if needed, taking care to avoid the printed design. With proper care, your T-shirt will stay vibrant and comfortable for years to come.
